Andrea Lennon is SVP, Managing Director at the Critical Mass London office, responsible for agency operations, leadership on existing client relationships, and new business development throughout the APAC and EMEA regions. She joined Critical Mass from WPP, where she served as Executive Vice President, Consumer Brand Lead overseeing omni-channel brand communications initiatives for Bank of America. Prior to WPP, Andrea’s background includes engagements at R/GA, T3, TBWA, and JWT working across verticals to enhance and extend the value of some of the world’s most recognized brands.
Andrea is a resolute believer in the power of purpose-driven vision—the most critical part of generating a shared understanding of what an organization is collectively trying to achieve in its work, communications, and overall mission. She infuses this belief in the way her teams operate—in the briefs they write, the talent they bring on board, the execution of work, and the way they engage with clients. Her own purpose is to rally teams around a collected body of best practices so that individuals and groups can achieve their full potential.
Outside of the demands of her daily work, Andrea is passionate about raising the profile of gender equality in the workplace and has emerged as a thought leader on topics such as, finance, customer experiences, and the challenge of market fragmentation in Asia. She is also passionate about (and gifted in) culinary arts, and once ran her own catering start-up.
